The girl that took my order didn't speak to me when I walked up to the register for over 5 minutes while she was doing other stuff and then didn't really make eye contact. Her name tag said "Rick". Usually I get amazing service here and I'm very disappointed with how the interaction went. I also waited for almost 10 minutes for my drink. But was made how I wanted it and was delicious. I hope next time that the service is better!

I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for places I’ve repeatedly tried to give the benefit of the doubt but after multiple issues over time I feel compelled to leave this review in hopes this location can change for the better. I used to love this location, however the customer service has been lacking It seems as though the mobile order pick up times are never accurate (which I don’t believe is entirely the staff’s fault, I know rushes happen and multiple mobile orders happen at once) and what I love about ordering ahead is that I can make a quick stop on my limited lunch break. What the app says is a 5-8 minute wait usually turns into 10,15,20 minutes. This last particular time I was here I waited in store for about 10 extra mins while my order was being completed. When I finally got the bag, there was a note inside saying the sandwich I ordered was unavailable. No one spoke to me about it, offered a replacement, or discussed a refund. The bag also contained a drink that belonged to someone else. I went back inside to clarify what was happening, return the drink that wasn’t mine, and ask whether the sandwich would be refunded. The employee seemed confused by the q

The employee are great at this Starbucks! Always friendly and will chat with you! I did not give stars for food this time as I just got a Caffe Misto.

This coffee shop is truly amazing! The space is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, so you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The coffee is rich, aromatic, and delicious, and the pastries are fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to serve, always greeting customers with a smile. It’s a perfect place to hang out with friends, work, or relax after a long day. I’ll definitely come back many more times!

This was my first time at this specific starbucks and they had amazing workers. It was very busy when I came in but Jayden, the employee at the register helped me a lot. I asked what they recommended and they told me I should get a brown sugar shaken espresso, I got it and it was so good! Jayden was so nice and helpful towards me and was very patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. There was a drawing of a dinosaur on my cup and i thought it was so sweet!
